Ralans Home Care was founded in 2023 by Rita Alade, a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a profound dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. With a decade of hands-on experience, Rita envisioned a senior care service that went beyond the ordinary – one that embraced empathy, professionalism, and personalized attention. Ralans Home Care was born out of this vision, aiming to redefine the standard of senior care in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas.

We conduct annual background checks on all local caregivers.

We provide at least 12 hours annually of employee training.

We perform in-person Quality Assurance visits at least every 90 days.

Our caregivers assist with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, clutter-free environment. We prioritize creating a serene living space where seniors feel secure and content in their homes.
